At Keys4Corporate's Skills Development business, both our individual and group skills and ability development services place a strong emphasis on both interpersonal and professional skills. The key to motivate participants in our programs is the so-called 4C model. According to the model, the development process begins with the establishment of a personal connection between the participants (Connect), which is an essential part of moving forward. The first step is followed by the integration of the acquired knowledge and the new behavior into the daily routine (Conclude) and its continuous application (Continue) through the identification of new possible directions and challenges (Challenge).
