According to the model, the development process begins with the establishment of a personal connection between the participants (Connect), which is an essential part of moving forward. The first step is followed by the integration of the acquired knowledge and the new behavior into the daily routine (Conclude) and its continuous application (Continue) through the identification of new possible directions and challenges (Challenge).

TEAM COACHING
Group coaching sessions are ideal for increasing collaborative effectiveness, aligning perspectives and managing conflicts. The focus of the sessions is on a commonly agreed, positive goal. Occasional face-to-face discussions add colour to the process.
